Jimmy was the renowned chef and owner of Forty Carrots in South Coast Plaza and
the creator of the award winning Garden Bistro, also in South Coast Plaza. He blends several different styles of cooking to bring to his patrons an exquisite contemporary cuisine using the freshest herbs, spices and seasonal California produce. His dishes are famous for their unique tastes and artistic presentation. Jimmy is known for his Old World hospitality and all of his restaurants are noted as offering a warm, relaxed and
friendly atmosphere.

Jimmy presents his latest culinary and renowned contemporary American Grill with
Persian flair in a fun and upbeat jazzy ambiance at Jimmy Z Grill in Irvine. The warm interior and French Mediterranean ambiance of the informal dining room and bar is complemented by a garden patio offering a warm fire pit.

Jimmy has always been very active within the Orange County community by participating in and hosting events for Hoag Hospital, Junior League, the American
Cancer Society, The Orange County Philharmonic, The Performing Arts Center, orange County Aids Foundation, Make A Wish Foundation and many others. He has received numerous awards and glowing reviews from such publications as the Los Angeles Times, Orange County Register, Irvine World News, Newport Beach, 714, Guest Magazine, Cost Magazine, healthy Dining in Orange County and OC Weekly.

Jimmy has an M.S. in Industrial management from the University of Tehran and is an M.B.A. graduate from Chapman University in Orange, California.
